			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The habits you adapt to yourself are going to play an important role in your dieting effortsHere is a list of good habits to adopt to yourself. Try abiding these guidelines as much as possible:</p>
<p>Habit#1:</p>
<p>Drinking a glass of water before each meal approximately 30 minutes before the meal itself will help line your stomach and fend off cravings. Drinking while your stomach is empty will clean your systems. Also, it will also tone down your hunger level.</p>
<p>An important thing to know, is that many times when our body is telling us it is hungry, it is actually just thirsty, and the signals just get confused. Many time a glass or 2 of water will clear your feeling of hunger.If you like drinking coffee, be careful! Caffeine is a dehydrating substance. It dries you up. So… what you should do is make sure that you drink a cup of water before every cup of coffee that you drink. That should keep your body hydrated.</p>
<p>Habit #2:</p>
<p>To make your meals look bigger and more satisfying to you, you should start eating with smaller plates.</p>
<p>Recently a study was done, and this is what this study showed: restaurants that looked to make more money successfully did so by increasing the size of the plates they served the meals on. People were tempted to order bigger, more expensive meals.</p>
<p>Do a small experiment: next time you eat a meal, try eating it on a smaller plate. See if it makes a difference &#8211; if you are eating less or if you feel more satisfied in the end of the meal.</p>
<p>Habit #3:</p>
<p>Eating 5-6 small meals a day is better than eating 3 big ones. Fore one, you will have higher levels of energy.Perhaps you could invest the extra energy into doing more physical exercise?</p>
<p>We all know that metabolism is important, right? Eating smaller meals helps in increasing itAlso, eating in smeller meals will also make it less likely to eat snacks between meals.</p>
